RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDERS ON BEHALF
OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME IN A TOTAL AMOUNT OF UP TO $40,000 FOR
CAPE SEAL PROJECT — CP 81130
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame:
WHEREAS, the Cape Seal project encountered weather-related delays and complications
during the wet 2004-2005 rainy season; and
WHEREAS, these delays added approximately $15,000 in costs; and
WHEREAS, an additional street should be added to the project to take advantage of
favorably prices,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED:
1. The City Manager or the Manager's duly authorized designee is hereby authorized to
execute change orders to the Cape Seal Project - CP 81130 in an amount up to $40,000 in total.

resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day of
September ,2005, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
