RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME that:
WHEREAS, the City adopted its 2005-2006 operating budget in June 2005; and
WHEREAS, City revenues have continued to stabilize, and the State of California has

stabilized revenues of the coming year allow the City to once again fund crossing guard programs
on a voluntary basis for the coming year,

to provide $65,000 for crossing guards through contract services.
