RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND
TURBO DATA SYSTEMS, INC. FOR PARKING CITATION PROCESSING AND
ADJUDICATION FOR AN ADDITIONAL ONE YEAR PERIOD
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame:
WHEREAS, in 1999, the cities in the County cooperatively issued a request for proposals to
provide parking citation processing and adjudication services, and the City then contracted with
Turbo Data Systems, Inc. (TDS) for those services; and
WHEREAS, TDS has provided very good service and TDS has offered to extend the
agreement for an additional one-year period on the same terms and conditions; and
WHEREAS, in addition, the City would like to use the services offered by TDS for billing
and collection entitled ICS,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED:
1. The Second Amendment to the Agreement between the City of Burlingame and Turbo
Data Systems, Inc. (TDS) is approved extending the Agreement for an additional one-year period on
the same terms and conditions existing, with the addition of ICS services for billing and collection.
2. The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute necessary documents to extend
the Agreement by and on behalf of the City, and the Clerk is directed to attest to the signature of the
Manager.
