RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT FOR
INSTALLATION OF WATER MAIN AND IMPROVEMENTS IN LA MESA DRIVE AREA
(CITY PROJECT NO. 81370)
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame:
WHEREAS, Otto Miller is the owner of 125 La Mesa Drive and is developing the property;
WHEREAS, Mr. Miller is willing to install a new water main and other water system
improvements to support the development of the property as well as provide benefits to other nearby
properties, subject to contribution by the City for improvements not directly required by his own
work,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED:
1. The City Manager is authorized and directed to execute the agreement contained in
Exhibit A hereto for installation of the water main and improvements.
2. The Clerk is directed to attest to the signatur f the Manager.

resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 16thday of May
2005, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
