HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 034-2005RESOLUTION NO. 34-2005 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME AMENDING MASTER FEE SCHEDULE FOR FIRE SERVICES AND AFFIRMING OTHER DEVELOPMENT FEES WHEREAS, the City has established a master fee schedule for fees charged by the City for various services; and WHEREAS, the Central County Fire Department provides the City with inspection and checking services with regard to the California Fire Code and City codes; and WHEREAS, the fees should reflect the actual costs to the City and the Department at established payrates; and WHEREAS, the Central County Fire Department has recommended the fees contained in Exhibit A hereto; and WHEREAS, the City has also adopted development fees that apply in other departments of the City; and WHEREAS, this package of development fees reflects the estimated costs to the City to deliver these services, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 1. The Master Fee Schedule with regard to Fire Services is amended as shown in Exhibit A, and these fees shall take effect in the City of Burlingame on July 16, 2005. 2.
