ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS - EASTON CREEK SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT
BY J. HOWARD ENGINEERING, INC.
CITY PROJECT NO. 81150
RESOLVED bythe CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, and this Council does
hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified the work done by J. HOWARD
ENGINEERING, INC. under the terms of its contract with the City dated JUNE 20, 2005, has been com-
pleted in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and to the satisfaction
of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 81150.
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.

Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 21st day of
August 2006, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
