RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT WITH CAM COMPUTER
CONSULTING, LLC TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES TO
THE CITY AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame:
WHEREAS, the City Council approved an agreement with Caine Computer Consulting,
LLC to provide information technology services to the City; and
WHEREAS, the agreement also provided that Caine Computer Consulting, LLC might
provide communications services in the City's dispatch division on a separately negotiated basis;
and
occur,
WHEREAS, it is not feasible at this time for that provision of communications services to
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED AND ORDERED:
1. Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the City and Caine Computer consulting
LLC attached hereto as Exhibit A is approved, and the City Manager is authorized to execute the
Amendment for and on behalf of the City.
2. The Clerk is directed to attest to the signature of the Manager.
