A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING A THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH THE
COUNTY OF SAN MATEO REGARDING ANIMAL CONTROL AND SHELTER
SERVICES
WHEREAS, the parties wish to enter into a third amendment to the animal
control and shelter services agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions set
forth in the attached contract; and
WHEREAS, the contract is in the pubic interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council of the City of Burlingame finds all of the facts recited above, in
the staff report and during the presentation of this matter, to be true and correct.
2. The City Council of the City of Burlingame approves the attached agreement with
the County of San Mateo.

that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 6b day of June, 2011, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
