ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS - NEIGHBORHOOD STORM DRAIN PROJECT #3
BY W. R. FORDE ASSOCIATES, INC.
CITY PROJECT NO. 82470
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, and this
Council does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified the work done by W. R.
FORDE ASSOCIATES, INC., under the terms of its contract with the City dated June 6,
2011, has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the
City Council and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 82470.
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.

I, Mary Ellen Kearney, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the
foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
17th day of January, 2012, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: BAYLOCR, BROWNRIGG, DEAL, BEIGHRAN, NAGEL
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
