RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
ACCEPTING THE SCADA (SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA ACQUISITION)
CENTRAL COMPUTER SYSTEM UPGRADE BY TELSTAR, INC.
CITY PROJECT NO. 83080
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, and this
Council does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified the work done by Telstar,
Inc., under the terms of its contract with the City dated December 3, 2012, has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and
to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 83080.
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
I, Mary Ellen Kearney, Gity Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the
foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
16th day of December, 2013, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
