The City Council approves and directs the City Clerk to remove from future agendas the items labeled 'New Business" and "Old Business" and replace them with a single item labeled "Future Agenda Items", which more accurately describes the nature and permissible range of any discussion under that item. 2. Communicate suggested items for future Council meeting agendas during the "Future Agenda Items" portion of the Council meeting or directly to the Mayor." b. Section II, K, is revised to read as follows: "The Mayor determines Council meeting agendas in concert with the City Manager and the City Clerk.
