A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING THE FINAL PARCEL AND CONDOMINIUM MAP (PM 12-04) FOR
LOT COMBINATION AND RE -SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 2 AND 2A, BLOCK 20,
TOWN OF BURLINGAME SUBDIVISION AT 904 BAYSWATER AVENUE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, on July 23, 2012, the tentative and final parcel map and condominium map
were approved by the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, construction of the condominiums is substantially complete and ready for final
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE
COUNCIL, AS FOLLOWS:
1. Directs staff to verify that all conditions of approval are met and arrange for the recording
of the tentative and final parcel map and condominium map.

the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 18th
day of August, 2014, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:

NOES: Councilmembers: NONE
