RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
ACCEPTING THE CITYWIDE NEIGHBORHOOD STORM DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 6 BY D & D PIPELINES, INC., CITY PROJECT NO. 82470
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, and this Council
does hereby find, order and determine as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works of said City has certified the work done by D & D Pipelines,
Inc., under the terms of its contract with the City dated September 16, 2013, has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council
and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 82470.
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
I, Mary Ellen Kearney, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 18`h day of August
2014, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: BROWNRIGG, DEAL, KEIGHRAN, NAGEL, ORTIZ
NOES: COUNCILM EMBERS: NONE
