CITY PROJECT NO. 83830
WHEREAS, on June 17, 2014, the Public Works Department advertised the bids for the
2014 Street Resurfacing Program, City Project 83830
WHEREAS, on June 30, 2014, all bid proposals were received and opened before the City
Clerk and representatives of the Public Works Department; and the City received a total of five bid
proposals, with bids ranging from $1,340,232.20 to $1,445,210.95; and
WHEREAS, MCK SERVICES, Inc. submitted the lowest responsible bid for the project with
its bid amount of $1,340,232.20.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the Plans and
Specifications, including all addenda, are approved and adopted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the bid of MCK SERVICES, Inc., for said project in the
amount of $1,340,232.20, is accepted. A

foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on Jhe 7t' day of
Jam, 2014, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
