A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A COST SHARING AGREEMENT
WITH THE TOWN OF HILLSBOROUGH FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RALSTON/PEPPER HYDRAULIC CAPACITY
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 83810
WHEREAS, the Town of Hillsborough (Town) has identified the Ralston/Pepper Hydraulic
Capacity Improvements Project in the Town's Wastewater Collection System Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City owns a parallel sewer main in need of rehabilitation in said project area;

WHERAS, the City and Town desire to complete sewer improvements for both jurisdictions
under a single construction contract; and
WHEREAS, the City and Town desire to enter into an agreement to provide for the allocation
of project related costs for the Ralston/Pepper Hydraulic Capacity Improvements Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby ORDERED, that the City Manager
is authorized to sign said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame.
I, MARY ELLEN KEARNEY, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the
foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 19th day of
May, 2014, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
