A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING THE CREATION OF THE LANDFILL FUND, SOLID WASTE
OPERATING FUND GENERAL LIABILITY INTERNAL SERVICES FUND, WORKER'S
COMPENSATION INTERNAL SERVICES FUND, AND OPEB INTERNAL SERVICES
FUNDS AND APPROVING ADJUSTMENTS TO ESTIMATED REVENUES AND
APPROPRIATIONS IN THE FISCAL YEAR 2013-14 BUDGET
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California and this
Council does hereby APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Finance Director &Treasurer to:
1. Bifurcate the Solid Waste Fund to establish the Landfill Fund and the Solid
Waste Operating Fund;
2. Bifurcate the Risk Management Internal Services Fund to establish the
General Liability Internal Services Fund and the Worker's Compensation
Internal Services Fund;
3. Establish the OPEB Internal Services Fund, and
4. Amend the current Fiscal Year 2013-14 Budget as outlined below to
reflect actual fiscal conditions and projections outlined in the Mid -Year
Report:

the 5th day of March, 2014 and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
