A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE MASTER AGREEMENTS, PROGRAM
SUPPLEMENTS, FUND EXCHANGES AGREEMENTS, AND/OR FUND TRANSFER
AGREEMENTS AND OTHE FORMS WITH THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, the City Council is eligible to receive federal or state funding for certain
transportation projects, which are administered by the California Department of Transportation,
and
WHEREAS, Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange
Agreements, Fund Transfer Agreements, or other forms need to be executed before such funds
can be claimed, and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to delegate authority to the City Manager or his/her
duly authorized representative to execute all Master Agreements, Program Supplemental
Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements, Fund Transfer Agreements, and any amendments
thereto together with any other forms as may be required by the California Department of
Transportation associated with grants approved by the City Council for specific transportation
projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, and it is hereby ORDERED, that the City Manager
or his/her duly authorized representative is hereby authorized to execute Master Agreements,
Program Supplements, Fund Exchange Agreements, and/or Fund Transfer Agreements and
other forms with the California Department of Transporta . n.

foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 3rd day
of FEBRUARY, 2014, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
