A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HATCH MOTT
MACDONALD, FOR THE SANCHEZ BYPASS AND NEIGHBORHOOD SEWER
REHABILITATION PROJECT PHASE 4, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 82623
WHEREAS the City requires construction supervision and management
services for the Neighborhood Sewer Rehabilitation Project Phase 4; and
WHEREAS Hatch Mott McDonald is qualified to provide such services, has
expertise in the necessary fields as well as experience with the Project itself, and has
negotiated a commercially competitive scope of work and cost structure with City staff
for construction management and supervision services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Burlingame, California and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE
AS FOLLOWS:
1. The public interest and convenience require execution of the agreement
cited in the title above.
2. The City Manager be, and is hereby, authorized to sign said agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and instructed to attest such signature.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 15TH day of June, 2015 and was adopted thereafter by the
following vote:
