RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PANORAMA ENVIRONMENTAL, INC. FOR
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW SERVICES REQUIRED PURSUANT TO THE CALIFORNIA
ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT (CEQA), FOR A PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT
1128-1132 DOUGLAS AVENUE AND 524 OAK GROVE AVENUE
WHEREAS, The Community Development Department - Planning Division has received
an application for approval of applications related to the construction of a 29 -unit apartment
development at 1128-1132 Douglas Avenue. As part of the project, a portion of an historic
residence situated on the property at 1128 Douglas Avenue is to be relocated to a property at
524 Oak Grove Avenue;
WHEREAS, the scope of the proposed development necessitates a full environmental
analysis (i.e. preparation of an Environmental Impact Report) pursuant to CEQA;
WHEREAS, The Community Development Department — Planning Division has selected
Panorama Environmental, Inc. to prepare the Environmental Impact Report for the project at an
estimated cost of $158,328.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame that the City
Manager is authorized to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Panorama
Environmental, Inc. for environmental review services required for the proposed development
project at 1128-1132 Douglas Avenue and 524 Oak Grove Avenue, at a cost not to exceed
$158,328.

Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted at a regular meeting of the
Burlingame City Council held on the 18th day of May, 2015, by the following vote to wit:
