HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso - CC - 036-2015RESOLUTION NO. 36-2015 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME ABANDONING AN EXISTING SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT, ACCEPTING A NEW SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT AND APPROVING AN EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENT AT 2202 SUMMIT DRIVE The City Council of the City of Burlingame does resolve as follows: WHEREAS, on August 18, 2014, the final parcel map for a lot split was approved by the City Council; and WHEREAS, the existing sanitary sewer pipeline was found to be located outside of the previously dedicated sanitary sewer easement; and WHEREAS, the project proposes to abandon the existing sanitary sewer easement, and dedicate a new sanitary sewer easement such that the existing sewer line will be located within the newly dedicated easement; and WHEREAS, emergency vehicular access to the existing parcel in the rear is provided with the dedication of the new emergency access easement. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE COUNCIL, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The City Council hereby accepts the newly dedicated sanitary sewer easement as shown on the approved map at 2202 Summit Drive and abandons the previously dedicated sanitary sewer easement. 2.
