ACKNOWLEDGMENTS – Introduction of new Commissioner Howard Wettan; and, reappointment of Commissioner Mark Noworolski. 5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – November 8, 2012 6. PUBLIC COMMENTS Persons in the audience may speak on any item on the agenda or any other matter within the jurisdiction of the Commission. The Ralph M. Brown Act (the State-Local Agency Open Meeting Law) prohibits the Commission from acting on any matter that is not on the agenda. Speakers are requested to fill out a “Request To Speak” card located on the table by the door and hand it to staff. The Commission Chairperson may limit speakers to three minutes each. 7. CURRENT BUSINESS 7.1 Public Works Traffic Safety Brochures – Discussion 7.2 Outreach Events – Discussion 7.3 Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee (B/PAC) and TSPC representation on B/PAC – Discussion 8. COMMISSION & COMMITTEE REPORTS 10.1 Burlingame Bicycle/Pedestrian Advisory Committee (B/PAC) Committee meets 5:30PM in Conference Room B before each TSPC meeting. 11. NEW FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Dates for discussion to be determined later by Staff or Commissioners. 11.1 Primrose Rd/Howard Ave: Possible 24-minute green zone 11.2 Accident and Citation Data 12. ELECTION FOR 2013 Nomination and vote for Chairperson Nomination and vote for Vice-chair 13. ADJOURNMENT Any writings or documents provided to a majority of the Traffic, Safety and Parking Commission regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection at the Engineering Counter at City Hall located at 501 Primrose Road during norm al business hours.
