A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
MOTT MACDONALD FOR 1740 ROLLINS ROAD AND 842 COWAN ROAD
PUMP STATIONS UPGRADES AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 84820 & 83390
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California and this
Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE AS FOLLOWS:
The public interest and convenience require execution of the agreement cited in
the title above.
2. The City Manager is authorized to sign said agreement for and on behalf of the
City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is instructed to attest such signature.
I, MEAGHAN HASSEL-SHEARER, City Clerk of the City of Burlfngame, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 177H day of October, 2016 and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: BEACH, BROWNRIGG, COLSON, KEIGHRAN, ORTIZ
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
