A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME APPROVING THE
FINAL PARCEL MAP (PM 15-01) FOR LOT COMBINATION OF THE LANDS DESCRIBED IN
DOCUMENTS NO. 97-044852 AND 97-044853 — PORTIONS OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 7,
MAP OF BURLINGAME LAND COMPANY NO. 2 SUBDIVISION AT 601 ANSEL ROAD
The City Council of the City of Burlingame, California does resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, on March 28, 1994 and January 6, 1996, a tentative and final parcel map was
approved by the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, on April 4, 1994 and on January 17, 1996, a tentative and final parcel map was
approved by City Council; and
WHEREAS, the previously approved map was found to be unrecorded at San Mateo
County Recorder's Office for Official Records; and
WHEREAS, in order to comply with the Subdivision Map Act, a new Parcel Map needs to
be approved and recorded at the San Mateo County Recorder's Office for Official Records; and
WHEREAS, no construction work is being proposed as part of this application; and the
current map application involves minor changes to the previously approved map.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE
COUNCIL, AS FOLLOWS:
1. The City Council hereby approves the above lot combination and Parcel Map, and
2. Directs staff to verify that all conditions of approval are met and arrange for the
recording of the final parcel map.

foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 6th day
of September, 2016, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers: BEACH, BROWNRIGG, COLSON, KEIGHRAN, ORTIZ
NOES: Councilmembers: NONE
