The Board of Tr��stees of the Town of Burlingame do ordain
as follows;
Section 1. All streets, roads, avenues, highwuays,
parks and squares now opened or used. by the public in the
limits of the Town of Burlingame, and particularly all streets,
roads, avenues, highways, parks and squares laid down and
delineated on the several maps of the subdivisions within the
limits of said Town of Burlingame on file in the office of the
Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of Cal ifornia, are
hereby declared to be public streets, toads, avenues, highways,
parks and squares of said town, en -d th,: dedication there of
is hereby accepted by th.e Board of Trustees of said town on
behalf of said Town and the inhabitants thereof and the public.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be printed and
posted in t epublic places in the Tovin of nu,rlingame,and
shall take effect ten days after its passage.
