N0 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE MIMBER 34 OF THF City of Burlingame entitled, "An Ordinance regulating the erection and maintenance of Stables and the keeping of Horses and Cows within the City of Burlingame, by amending, Section 1., Section 5 and Section 6 of said. Ordinance; THE BOARD 6F TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF BURLINCMME DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance Number 34 of the Cityiof Burlingame is amended to read as follows: Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect in the City of Burlingame any stable, barn, shed, corral or any stall within any distance less than fifteen (15) feet from any school house, church, public hall or Imntt public building; Section 2. Section 5 of Ordinance Number 34 of the City of Burlingame is amended to read as follows: Section 5. It shall be unlawful to keep or maintain in the City of Burlingame more than one cow on any piece or parcel of land constituting a int City Lot or Lots; excepting; however' in thb,case :of acetage^]Property whbn not•mote than`bneicdwn shall be kept on eaidrproperty to each acre. A City Lot under this Ordinance shall mean any portion of real estate within the City of Burlin.game appearirg on the assessment roll of said City as a Lot. Acercle property under this Ordinance shall mean any portion of real estate within the City of Burlingame appearing on the assessment roll of said City as acvmage property; Section 3. Section 6 of Ordinance Number 34 of the City of Burlingame is amended to read as follows: Section 6. Every lot, lots, parcel of land or acerage property within the City of Burlingame and upon which a cow o or umwz horse, cows or horses is or are kept must be stibatantially enclosed with a board of wire fence. Said board fence to be not less than 4 feet high with four inch by foinch posts set not further than eight feet apart and with not A* than four, one inch by six { inch boards between said posts. Said wires fence shall be not less r than 4 feet high with four by four inch posts set not further than p (� r feet apart and with two feet by four feet top and low rails 1 between said posts and afl,of which is to be securely covered with a substantial net wire fencing. It being expressly prohibited under this Ordinance to stake out any how or horse, cows or horses in any vvvccc place within the City of Burlingame not conforming to the requirements of this Section relating to substantial fent g, Section 4.
