THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section I. Ordinance No 30 of the City of Burlingame, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating the Opening of Public Streets, Lance, Alleys, Courts or Highways in the Town of Burlingame for the Purpose of Laying or Connecting Pipe, Pipes or Conduits therein", is hereby amended by adding a new section to be known as Section 5 A. and which shall read as follows: Section 5 A. Whenever any public street, lane, alley, court or highway in the City of Burlingame is about to be improved by the paving of the same and the pipe, pipes or conduits of any firm, person or corporation axx is or are to be lowered or re -placed there- in such pipe, pipes or conduits so lowered or re -placed shall be of i/^ron_ee; 'k Section 2.
