AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 29 of the City of
BURLINGAME entitled "AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING CERTAIN REGULATIOUS
FOR THE USE OF THE STREET WITHIN THE TOWN OF BURLINGAME" by
adding Section 4 A thereto.
THE BOARD OF_TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance No 29 of the City of Burlingame is
hereby amended by adding a new Section thereto to be known as
Section 4 A and which shall read as follows:
Section 4 A. No person, firm or corporation shall
use, operate or drive on any paved street within the City of
Burlingame a motor truck or wagon of a carrying capacity of mea two
ton or more, with a chain attached to the wheels of such motor
truck or wagon;
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be published for two
successive times in the Burlingame Advance, a weekly newspaper
published in said City and be in force and effect immediately.
Introduced this f day of October, 1912, and duly and
re7,ularly passed this ;2- day of October, 1912, by the following
