AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE ASI 22 OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME ENTITLED
" AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DISCHARGE OF FIRr1ARMS AND EXPLOSIVES
WITHIN THE TOWN OF BURLINGAME.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Burlingame
do ordain as follows:
Section I. Section No I of Ordinance !do 22 of the Town of Burlingame
entitled " An Ordinance prohibiting the discharge of firearms and
explosives within the Town of Burlingame " is amended to read as
follows,
SECTION I: It shall not be lawful for any person or persons to fire
or discharge or cause to be discharged within the corporate limits of the
City of Burlingame, any ordinary gun, rifle, piatol or other firearm,
nor any squib, dynamite, gunpowder, rocket, roman candle, chaser, fire
cracker or other fireviorks of any kind or nature whatsoever ;
provided that the President of the Board of Trustees of the City of
Burlingame may grant written permit s to discharge any firearms, or
explosivas,, within the City of Burlingame at such tires and places and
under such conditions as he may deem proper.
SECTION21'. This Ordinance shall be published for two successive
publications in the Burlingame Advance and shall take effect and be inxim
force from and after its passage.
Introduced July 22nd, 1912, and duly and
regularly passed at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of said
City on the 29th day of July, 1912 by the folloiving vote,
