AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 3 ATTD 4 OF ORDINANCE NO 17 of the ®ity of Burlingame, entitled "An Ordinance regulating the plumbing and drainage of Buildings in the Town of Burlingame The Board of Trusteas of the City of Burlingame do ordain as follows: Sectionl. Section 3 of Ordinance No 17 of the City of Burlingame, entitled "An Ordinance regulating the plumbing and drainage of Buildings in the Town of Burlingame is hereby* amended to�ead as follows: Section 3. No person shall be granted tzxdmxjD1xm1Di& a license to do plumbing or to become registnred as a master or journeyman plumber, unless such person shall have first passed a satisfactory examination by the Doard of Examiners appointed by the Board of Trustees of his qualifications to do such work or to conduct the business of master or journey, -ran plumber. Siad Examination shall be held at such times as said Board may bet rule determine upon. Provided- however, that it shall not b4 necessary for any person or plumber, after having successfuly passed said examination to be examined again. Section 2. Section 4 of Ordinance No 17 of the City of Burlingame, entitled "An Ordinance regulating the plumbing and drainage of Buildings in the Town of Blurlingame is hereby amen„ed to read as follows: Section 4. Every person that does plumbing work or engages in the business of "Master plumber or that contracts to do or performs plumbing work in the City of Burlingame shall pay to the City of Burlingame an annual license of Ten Dollars in advance; such payment to be made to the City ta-rshall and license issued in the same manner as other licenses are issued; i'o license shall be issued for part's of a year; It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to do plumbing or carry on the business of or labor as a master ,dumber in the City of P>urlingame unless he shall have first obtained from the City "arshall of the City of Burlingame a license authorizing him to do plumbing or car ry on the business as master plumbing. No license shall be granted for more than one year;. All licenses shall expire upon the first day of July of each year, unless sooner revoked.
