Section 1. The official hours for the opening and closing of
all goverment offices within the City of.Burlingame for the purpose
of this Oidinance shall be 9 A. for the opening and 5 P.s.
for the closing; '
Section 2. Ilix Any and all papers or documents that are
rrbequired to be filed in any department of the City Goverment shall
be presented to the official or his lawfully authorized deputy in his
particular office within the time specified in Section 1 of this
Ordinance;
Section- 3- Upon receipt of any paper or document, in the
manner and form as specified in Sections I and 2 of this Ordinance,
the official in whose department it is presented for filing shall
note the time of filigg said paper or document as to the minute, hour,
day, rinionth and year as well as the name of the party at whose request
said liaper or document is filed; said paper or instrument shall also
show the word "f iled", and be attested by the signature of. the particular
official as
Section 4. This Ordinance shall be published for two successive
publications in the Burlingame Advance and be in force and effect from
and af tdrt the day of its passage;
