AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION NO. 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 29
OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING CERTAIN
REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF THE STREETS WITHIN THE TOWN OF BURLINGAME".
The Board of Trustees of the City of Burlingame do ordain
as follows*
Section No. 1. Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 29 of the
City of Burlingame, entitled "An Ordinance prescribing certain regu-
lations for the use of the streets within the Town of Burlingame" is
amended to read as follows*
Section No. 3. No person shall place or
deposit or suffer to be placed or deposited upon any paved or as-
phaltum street in said city any glass, tacks or nails, any oil or
grease of any kind or oily or greasy substance or material, and no
person operating or having under his charge or control any automo�
bile, motor car, motor -cycle or other vehicle shall permit to escape,
flow or drip therefrom upon any asphaltum street in said city, any
oil, grease or oily or greasy substance.
Section No. 2. This ordinance shall be published for two
successive publications in the Burlingame Advance, and shall be in
force and effect from and after its passag9t
