An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 71 of the City
Burlin,^aine entitled, "An Ordinance creating a ?7ater Commission
in and for the City of Burlingame and defining its powers and
duties."
The Board of Trustees of the City of Burlingame do
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 4 of Ordinance No 71 of the City of
Burlingame entitled , 'An Ordinance cresting a `pater
Commission in and for the City of Burlingame and defining its
POWers and duties, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 4. The plater Commission shall have a President and
Secretary elected drom their body and who shall each. serve
until the beginning of each fiscal year. The Secretary shall
receive all moneys or credits due the City from said
P._unicinal Plater System ».nd forthwith deposit same with the
City Treasurer of the City of Burlingame. Said moneys or
credits so received by the Treasurer shall be credite- to
the ' later Sund and 'later �,S ing ,Fund. The Secretary of said
Commission shall furnish a bond_payable to the City of
3urlingame in a sum not less than :;x2000 and shall receive for
his services the sum of 11.00 per year. He may employ an
Assistant.
Section 2, his Ordinance shall be published for t -.-.-o
successive publications in the Burlingame Advance and be in force
and effect from and after the date of its passage;
