AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO.yS OF THE
CITY OF BURLIK AME ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE REGULAT hG THE SPEED
AND TRAFFIC OF AUTOMOBILES, MOTOR CYCLES AND OTHER VEHICLES ON
THE STREETS OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME#" BY ADDING A NEW SUB -SEC-
TION LETTERED d.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Burlingame do ordain as
follows:
Section I. Section 2 of Ordinance N0.59 of the City of Burl-
ingame entitled,"An Ordinance regulating the speed and traffic of
automobiles, motor cycles and other vehicles on the streets of
the City of Burlingame," is hereby amended by adding a new Bub -
Section lettered d and to read as follows to -wit:
Section 2. The following traffic regulations shall be observed
by all automobiles operated or propelled within the City of Burl.

d) At all public squares, park or streets in the business sec-
tion os the City or on a heavily travelled thoroughfare in said
City, it shall be the duty of the Marshall of the City of Burlingame
to mark off parking spaces on said squares, streets or heavily
travelled thoroughfares in a way conducive to a proper and safe
parking of vehicles, as well as a proper and safe place for ped-
estrians to stand; and all persons and vehicles using the packings
or safety zones as delineated by said Marshall, shall park or stand
between said lines,
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be published in the Burlingame
Advance as required by law and be enforced and effect from and
after the date of its p sage.
