An Ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No 110
of the City of Burlingame, entitled "An Ordinance regulating
Public Amusement's Places within the City of Burlingame and
requiring a Tjicense therefor".
The Board of Trustees of the City of Burlingame do
ordain as follows:
Section 1 of Ordinanoe No 110 of the City of
Burlingame entitled"_Ln Ordinance regulating Public Amusement
places -.,ithin the City of Burlingame and requiring z. Micense
therefor is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful if any person, firm
or corporati on ;carry on within -the City of Burlingame, any
pool or billiard parlor or room, bowling alley, museum, moving
picture show, theater, public pleasure garden, circus, dance
hall, dancing academy, d«ncing school or other place where the
public are invited either at a charge or without charge without
first h_.ving obtained from the.City of Burlingame a license
to carry on said business or public amusement; and the ti_inds
of z:i:iusergent as herein designated and specified in this
section sh:.= for the pur poses of this ordinclnce be. known as
a place of public amusement.
;lection 2. This Ordinance shall be published in the
Burlingame Adv�.nce as required by law and be in force and
effect from and after the day of passage;
