AN ORDINANCE +:LADING SECTION 11 OF ORDINANCE NO. 127
OF THE 1ITY OF 3tTRLIidG-UTE.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame do
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11 of Ordinance No. 127
of the City of Burlingame, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating
the Construction, etc. of Buildings" is amended to read as
follows:
Section 11: The Applicant or Applicants for
such building permit shall pay to the Building inspector
for expenses of inspection and examination of the Building
plans andspecifications the sum of One Dollar and Fifty
Cents 01.50) for each One Thousand Dollars 01000.00) of
the estimated cost or fraction thereof.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be published
as provided by law and be in force and effect from and after
the date of passage.
Introduced the 4th day of September, 1928, and
duly and regularly passed the 17th day of September, 1928,
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen - Buck - Jenkins - Peterson - Stone - Totten
NOES: Councilmen - NONE.
ABSENT: Councilmen - NONE.
