An Ordinance repealing timA Ordinance No. 36 of the
City of Burlinga.rie entitled "An Ordinance fixing, the salaries
and compensation of the Treasurer. Clerk, Marshal, Recorder r�.nd
Engineer of the City of Burlingame", excepting section No 2.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame do ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 36 of the City of Burlingza.e entitled
"An Ordinance fixing the salaries and comy,ensation of the.Treasur-
er, Clerk, P:Fa.r_v _l, Recorder and Engineer of the City of Burling -
excepting section two
amej�is hereuy expressly repealed.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be published as provided by law,
and be in force and effect from and after the date of passage.
Introduced the 6th day of August, 1928, and duly
and regualrly passed this ;3+i, day of August, 1928, by the
following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen
Buck. Jenkins, Stone.
Noes, Councilmen Drone
Absent, Councilmen Peterson, Totten.
Mayor.
