AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE COLLECTION
OF CITY TAXES, AND FIXING THE COMPENSATION
FOR THE S ERVICE THEREOF:
The City Council of the City of Burlingame do
ordain as follows:
Section I. It is hereby required and directed
by the City Council of the City of Burlingame that all
taxes levied by the City Council of the City of Bur-
lingame be collected by the City Treasurer of the City
of Burlingame and deposited as required by law.
Section II. That forsaid service as Tax Collec-
tor of the said City, the City Treasurer shall receive
as compensation for such service the sum of
---nifty----
___ _ (DOLLARS) ($50-00 ), as a
monthly salary.
Section III. This Ordinance shall be published
in the Burlingame Advance -Star as required by law,
and shall be in force and effect �,,x -s from and
after the date of its passage.
Introduced the 21st day of May, 1928, and duly
and regularly passed the 28th day of ',iay 1928,
by the following vote:
