NANCE NO. 178 OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR LI-
CENSING AND REGULATING TIM CARRYING ON OF
CERTAIN PROFESSIONS, TRADES, CALLINGS, AND
OCCUPATIONS; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE
VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE AND ANY PROVI
SIONS THEREOF AND RX2EVALING ALL ORDINANCES
AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE-
69ITH" .
The City Council of the City of Burlingame do ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 198 of the City of Burlingame amending
ordinance No. 178 of the City of Burlingame entitled, "An ordinance
providing for licensing and regulating the carrying ori of certain
professions, trades, callings, and occupations; providing penalties
for the violation of this ordinance and any provisions thereof and
repealing ,all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith",
is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published in the "Burlingame
Advance Star" for the time required by law and be in force and effect
from and after the date of it passage.
