ORDINANCE
CREATING A FIRE CO.alISGION
IN THE CITY OF BURLINGAIE9.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame do ordain
as follows:
Section 1. That a fire commission be created in and for the City

of Burlingame to consist of (3) members, to be appointed by
the City Council of the City of Burlingame to serve for a period of
two (2) years from and after the date of their appointment.
Section 2. The duties of the fire commission shall be that of an
advisory comriiittee to the City Council to the Gity of Burlingame
with ail matters pertaining to fire protection to the City, and the
protection and care of all fire apNaratus and property belonging to
said City,
Section 3, That they shall make their own rules and elect their
own chairman and conduct their meetings at the time and place apeci-
fied by said cornmission.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be published for one time in the
"Burlingame Advance Star"
