AN ORDINANCE'AMENDING SECTION 2 of
ORDINANCE No. 212 OF THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame do ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance Numbered 212 of the
City of Burling -.me entitled "An Ordinance regulating the Sale of
Milk and Cream and Providing for a Milk Inspection Service for
the City of Burlingame" is hereby amended by adding section 2A
to read as follows:
Section 2A. All milk intended for human consumption in
the City of Burlingame that comes from cows that have not passed
the tuberculine test, except when sold in bulk to the wholesale
trade, shall be pasteurized in San Mateo County in accordance
with the methods established by the General Dairy Law, Chapter
392, Statutes 1923 of the State of California.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required I

by law and be in force and effect from and after the date of its
passage,
INTRODUCED the 18th day of February, 1929, and duly and
regularly passed the 4th day of March, 1929, by the following'
vote:
