AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONII OF
ORDINANCE No. 178 OF THE CITY OF BUR-
LINGAME, ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE PRO-
VIDING FOR LICENSES AND REGULATING THE
CARRYING ON OF CERTAIN PROFESSIONS,
TRADES, CALLINGS AND OCCUPATIONS, PRO-
VIDING FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE
AND ANY PROVISIONS THEREOF, AND REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HER140ITH11, BY ADDING A NEW SUB-
SECTION THERETO TO HE KNOWN AS SUB -SECTION 85.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame do ordain as
follows:
Section I. Section 11 of Ordinance No. 278 entitled, "'fin
ordinance providing for licenses and regulating the carrying on of
certain professions, trades, callings a:d occupations, providing
for the violation of this ordinance and any provisions thereof, and
repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith", is hereby amended by adding sut-section 85, to read as
follows, to -wit:
Sub -Section 85. The license tax on all miniature or midget
golf courses shall be Sixty Dollars ($60.00) per year, payable as
all other license taxes are payable under the ordinances of the
City of Burlingame.
Section II. This ordinance shall be published in the
"Burlingame Advance Star" for a period required by law, and be in
force and effect from and a er the date of its passage.

regularly passed this 77day of August, 1930, by the following
