AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
No.MR31 OF THE CITY OF BURLNGAME.
The City council of the City of Burlingame do ordain
as follows:
Section I. The following described property is
excluded from the business and fire district of the City of
Burlingame and rezoned as residential property:
BEGINNING at the point where the Center
division line of -block No. 2 of lie Coulon
Subdivision in the City of Burlingame,
intersects the westerly boundary of the
aforesaid De Coulon Subdivision and running
thence; Northwesterly parallel to California
Drive to an intersection with the easterly
boundary of Burlingame Terrace, a subdivi-
sion in the City of Burlingame; Thence
northeasterly along the last named boundary
line to a point located southwesterly one
hundred twenty five (125) feet from the
intersection of the last named line with the
southerly line of California Drive; Thence
southeasterly on a direct line to a point
on the westerly line of the De Coulon
Subdivision, aforesaid, located southwesterly
one hundred twenty five (125) feet from
its intersection with the southerly line of
California Drive; Thence northeasterly
along the westerly boundary of the De Coulon
Subdivision to the place of beginning.
