HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 0243ORDIivANCE No. AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PL+'DDIEMS SOLICITORS OR AGENTS OPERPTING IN THE CITY OF BURLIN'GA'M. -o-o-o-o-o- The City Council of the City of Burlingame do ordain as follows: Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to either wirectly or indirectly enter upon or cause any e.gent or agents to enter upon the premises of any person, firm or corporation within the City of Burlingame vh ere ? sign is displayed indicating that no peddler or peddlers, argent or agents, solicitor or solicitors are allowed on said premises unless, however, it is first expressly permitted by the owner, lessee, agent or occupant of said premises. Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdeambnor and shall oe fined in a sum riot to exceed Fifty Dollars (4bO .00) or imprisonment not to exceed one (1) month, or by both said fine and imprisonment. This ordinance shall be published in the "Burlingame Advance Star" and be in force and effect from and after the date of its passage.
