An Ordinance amending Section 74 of Ordinance number178
of the Ci1ty of Burlingame.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame do ordain as
follows:
Sectionl. Section 74 of Ordinance number 178 of the City of
Burlingame is hereby amended to read as follows:
Section 74. Any person, firm or corporation owning or
conducting a theater, having a seating capacity from 1,000 to
2,000 persons shall pay a license fee of 0300 per year,
payable as indicated in Ordinance number 188 of the City of
Burlingame.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be published -in the Burlingame
Advance -Star as required by law and be in farce and effect
from and after the date of its passage.

passed by the City Council thisl8tlday of July, 19329 by the
following vote:
Ayes, Councilmen. Buck - Hunt - Russell -
Noes, Councilmen: None
Absent, Councilmen: Hock - Stone -
