The City Council of the City of Burlingame do ordain as

1. Sec iL Section 1 of Ordinance Eo. 197 of
the City of 3urlingame entitled, "An Ordinance creating an extended
fire district in the City of 3urlin4ame and regulating the con-
struction, erection, enlargement, and alteration within
said fire districts' is hereby amended by eliminating the first
descriptive paragraph of said section, which pertains to the fire
district between the north-N�-esterly line of Bellevue kvenue in said
City and the southeasterly line of Carmelita Avenue in said City.
Section 2. This ordinn.nce shn.11 be published in the
"Burlingame Advance 'Star", a. newspaper 'published in tY,.e City of
'Burlingame, for the time and in the manner required by law,
and be in force and effect from and after the date of its pn.ssage.
