ORDINANCE NO.
An Ordinance amending Ordinance numbered 227 of the
City of Burlingame by providing a provisional zoning in the
commercial district.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame do ordain
as follows:
Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance numbered 227 of the
City of Burlingame is hereby amended by adding the following
described parcel of land, situated in the City of Burlingame,
County of San Mateo, State of California:
Beginning at the intersection of the Northerljc
line of Burlingame Avenue with the Southerly line of
Bayshore Highway, and running thence.South 40o 30'
W, along the northly line of said Burlingame Avenue
88.64 feet, thence along the are of a curve to the
left having a radiuv. of 35 feet a distance of 83.63
feet, thence S. 870.24 ' 27" E 88.64 feet to
the place of beginning, containing 0.0376 acres of
land.
Section 2. This change in zoning is of a provisional natJPe
and may be revoked by amendment to, the zoning law of the
City of Burlingame, upon a compliance with the zoning proceedu rua,
