TILE CITY COUNCIL OF THE: CITY OF BURLINGA1vE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Sub -Section 25 of Ordinance No. 219 of the City
of Burlingame entitled, "An Ordinance regulating traffic on the public
streets and repealing; all ordinances inconsistent herewith", is hereby
amended by adding a new section to be known as Sub -Section 25a of
said ordinance, and which will read as follows:
Sub -Section 25a. No person, firm or corporation shall
use for entrance or driveway purposes as an ingress or egress to or
from any land or premises in the commercial district of the City of
Burlingame more than twenty-five percent (250) of the total frontage
based on a curb measurer.ent, except in cases where the frontage in
said district abounds along and is upon two or more coat(vcting
streets, then, the entrance or driveway as an ingress or egress to
and from the land shall not be more than forty percent (40/) of the
total frontage on two or more streets based on a curb measurement.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published in,the
"Burlingame Advance -Star" in the manner and for the period prescribed
by law and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage.
INTRODUCED this 2nd day of December, 1935, and duly and
regularly passed this 16th day of December, 1935, by the following 40
vote:
