AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 227
OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME.

TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 7 of Ordinance No. 227 of the
City of Burlingame shall be amended by adding a new sub -section
thereto known as Sub -section 4 and reading as follows:
Sub -section 4. Residential buildings
or dwellings of a single family dwelling

of the neighborhood and locality; and
where same as shown on the Plans and

Specifications do not so conform, it

shall be the duty of the Building Inspec-
tor, before issuing any permit for the
i - t particular structure to be erected, to
refer said plans and specifications to
the Planning Commission of the City of
Burlingame for its decision.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published in the
°Burlingame Advance -Star" for the period prescribed by law, and
be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage.

larly passed this 20th day of May, 1935, by the following vote:
