AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE No. 264
OF THE CITY OF _ "URLINGAPJfE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF.THE CITY OF EURLINGANIE DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section L. Ordinance No. 264 of the City of
Burlingame entitled, "An Ordinance amending Section 1 of
Ordinance No. 197 of the City of Burlingame entitled, 'An
Ordinance creating an extended fire district in the City of Bur-
lingame and regulating the construction, erection, enlargement,
raising and alteration within said fire district', by eliminating
the paragraph pertaining to California Drive", is hereby expressly
repealed.
Section II. This ordinance shall be published in the
"Burlingame Advance -Star", in the manner and form required by law
and be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage. 4(_ --
INTRODUCED this day of laay, 1936, and duly and
