AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING IN CITY HALL LANE
The City Council of the City of Burlingame do ordain
as follows:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful to park or permit to
be parked any vehicle o� any kind in City Hall Lane in the
City of Burlingame, except as temporary parking for ;the purpose
of loading or unloading commodities or supplies.
Section 2. Any violation of this ordinance will make
the party or parties so viola -ting, liable upon conviction to a
fine not to exceed fifty dollars ($50.00) or by imprisonment
not to exceed thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and im-
prisonment.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published in the
Burlingame Advance -Star in the manner and for the time required
by Law and be in force and effect from and after the days of its
passage.
INTRODUCED this V day of May, 1937, and duly and re-
gularly passed this7th day of June, 1937, by the following
vote:
